Dr. Josef Bollag is at the forefront of the invention and implementation of the Anti-Money-Laundring Act and the self regulatory system. He was a pivotal part to the creation of the first self regulatory organisation (SRO) in Switzerland
Dr. Jacob Bollag is joining the office and the single partnership is turned into a collective partnership and renamed to Dr. J. Bollag & Cie.
The asset management business of Dr. J. Bollag & Cie. is being segregated into Tramondo AG, which will later become Tramondo Investment Partners AG, an asset manager licensed by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA) to act as an asset manager of collective investment schemes
Urs Klingelfuss joins as partner of Dr. J. Bollag & Cie. AG
Partnership is converted into Dr. J. Bollag & Cie. AG, a Limited Liability Company

ARIF is a self-regulatory organisation for the supervision of financial intermediaries. This organisation is approved by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA), according to Art. 2, para. 3, of the Swiss Federal Act, to Combat Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing in the Financial Sector (MLA).
FINMA also recognises ARIF as a professional organisation which ensures that independent asset managers comply with the codes of conduct as outlined by the Federal Act on Collective Investment Schemes (CISA).
